Question & Answer

How many videos can I include in a project?

  • Curently, we set only one video you can include in a Intromaker project. Please note, if your video is too large, you will be limited by available storage and processing of your device.

How to start a new project with empty project?

  • 1. On Main screen, tap on the “Option” button, it looks like a circular arrow on the left corner of screen.
  • 2. Tap on “ Create New Intro” button
  • 3. Select a video background from video template groups in Category Videos screen
  • Or
  • Tap on “+ Import video” button on the bottom of CategoryVideos Videos screen to select a video background from your Photos library.
  • 4. Tap on each Layer Tab to add a variety of items to your project. See layer list for more information.
  • +Tap on “Text” buttton.You can add text layer into your project
  • +Tap on“Music” button . You can choose recordings from Voices or music from your Music Library or you can access Audio Library to find Audio Tracks or Audio effects.
  • + Tap on“ Image”button. You can import image from your Photos Library or Image From Templates
  • +Tap on “ Sticker” button.You can select stickers or stamps into your project
  • +Tap on “Effect” button.You can select a effect or a filter style from list to apply effect or filter into your project.
  • 5. When finished, tap on “Export” button to export your finished video and save it to the Camera Roll or to share it via, YouTube, Facebook, Google+, Dropbox, or other services.

How to create a project with project assistant?

  • 1.On Main screen, tap on the “Option” button, it looks like a circular arrow on the left corner of screen.
  • 2. Tap on “ Change video ” button.
  • 3. Select a video background from video template groups in Category Videos screen
  • 4. At this point you may add more layer or edit your video as normal.
  • 5. When finished, tap “Share” to export your finished video to Camera Roll or to share it via , YouTube, Facebook, Google+, Dropbox, or other services.

Can I create new project with recording video/ taking photograph?

  • Curently, We have not supported recording video or taking photograrp by snap. We will try our best to update recording video and take photograrph in the next versions.

How to create a new project?

  • 1. On the Beggining screen, Tap Video to Live Photo or Photo to Live Photo button to show the desired item list.
  • 2. Select Photos/Videos from list you want.
  • 3. Tap CONVERT button to move the next screen.
  • 4. Set a desire ratio.
  • 5. Tap CONTINUE button to navigate to the next screen.
  • 6. Tap to Edit time range/ Style or Filter of live photo
  • 7. Tap on key Photo button to set the key frame of live photo
  • 8. Move the yellow key frame button on the video frames to choose the desired key frame.
  • 9. Tap on CONVERT NOW button to Export the live photo.
  • 10. Preview your live photo from Camera Roll.

How to apply the screen recording into video background layer?

  • 1. On the Beggining screen, Tap on the Screen Recording button
  • 2. Turn Micro on/ off
  • 3. Tap on Start Recording button and tap to open the desire screen to begin the recording
  • 4. Tap Stop Record to finish the recording.
  • 5. Set a desire ratio. 
  • 6. Tap CONTINUE button to navigate to the next screen. 
  • 7. Tap to Edit time range/ Style or Filter of live photo 
  • 8. Tap on key Photo button to set the key frame of live photo 
  • 9. Move the yellow key frame button to the desired frame which display on the thumb range 
  • 10. Tap on CONVERT NOW button to Export the live photo. 
  • 11. Preview your live photo from Camera Roll. 

How to crop background?

  • 1. On the Beggining screen, Tap Video to Live Photo or Photo to Live Photo button to show the desired item list. 
  • 2. Select Photos/Videos from list you want. 
  • 3. Tap CONVERT button to move the next screen. 
  • 4. Move the white border on video or chose a desire ratio from suggestion list to crop video 

How to trim video layer?

  • 1. On the Beggining screen, Tap Video to Live Photo button to show the desired item list. 
  • 2. Select Videos from list you want. 
  • 3. Tap CONVERT button to move the next screen. 
  • 4. Set a desire ratio. 
  • 5. Tap CONTINUE button to navigate to the next screen. 
  • 6. Move the blue indicator to trim video 

How to edit video/Photo layer?

  • 1. On the Beggining screen, Tap Video to Live Photo or Photo to Live Photo button to show the desired item list. 
  • 2. Select Photos/Videos from list you want. 
  • 3. Tap CONVERT button to move the next screen. 
  • 4. Set a desire ratio. 
  • 5. Tap CONTINUE button to navigate to the next screen. 
  • 6. Tap on the Editor button it looks like the purple circle on the left of the screen.
  • 7. Tap to Rotate/ Flip or Set mute/ unmute sound on the video
  • 8. Tap Back button it looks like the blue  arrow left to finish your adjustment.

How to apply filter on photo/video layer?

  • 1. On the Beggining screen, Tap Video to Live Photo or Photo to Live Photo button to show the desired item list. 
  • 2. Select Photos/Videos from list you want. 
  • 3. Tap CONVERT button to move the next screen. 
  • 4. Set a desire ratio. 
  • 5. Tap CONTINUE button to navigate to the next screen. 
  • 6. Tap on Filter button it looks like purple circle on the right of screen.
  • 7. Choose an filter from suggestion list and view the live photo on the preview screen
  • 8. Tap the Back button it looks like the purple arrow right to finish.

How to chage text color?

  • 1. On Home screen, Tap on text icon , it looks like “T” on the menu.
  • 2. Tap on the pencil icon of a text from text layer list you want to adjust.
  • 3. Tap on “ Color” button on option panel.
  • 4. Pick a color on list or slide slider RGBA or tap on +/- button to change text’s color

How to add more video layer?

  • 1. On the Beggining screen, Tap Video to Live Photo or Photo to Live Photo button to show the desired item list. 
  • 2. Select Photos/Videos from list you want. 
  • 3. Tap CONVERT button to move the next screen. 
  • 4. Set a desire ratio. 
  • 5. Tap CONTINUE button to navigate to the next screen. 
  • 6. Tap on Key Photo button
  • 7. Tap on the blue +  button on the left side of the video frames 
  • 8. Select another photo from list to add
  • 9. Move the white border to crop photo you want
  • 10.Tap X to finish

How to restore my premium?

  • 1. Tap on Setting button on the top right corner of screen. This shows purchase screen.
  • 2. You tap on “Restore Purchases” button on PURCHASE BOX to restore your premium.

How to purchase PREMIUM?

  • 1. Tap on “Setting” button on the top right corner of screen. This shows purchase screen.
  • 2. Tap on “GET PREMIUM” button, then enter your account to confirm you In-App Purchase.
  • 3. Tap on “Buy” button to finish your purchase processing.
  • If you want to cancel your purchase processing, you tap on on May be Latter > No, Thanks to close Premium screen.

How to cancel an App Store or Intro Maker subscription on iPhone or iPad?

  • 1.Launch the Settings app.
  • 2.Tap iTunes & App Store.
  • 3.Tap on your Apple ID.
  • 4.Tap View Apple ID when the pop up window appears.
  • 5. Enter your Apple ID password or fingerprint ID when prompted.
  • 6.Tap Subscriptions.
  • 7.Tap the Subscription you want to cancel.
  • 8.Tap Cancel Subscription.
  • 9. Tap Confirm when prompted to confirm that you want to cancel your subscription.
  • After your current period ends, whether it is part of a free trial or a regular recurring subscription, iTunes will no longer bill you for that subscription.

Why do my Intro video export fail?

+ Not enough space!

    • The most common cause of export failure is not enough free space on your device. You check this by going to the settings app> General> Usage.

+ Video Formats

    • Intro is designed for use with videos captures with your iphone or ipad. Creating projects that contain videos from other sources may result in unexpected issues

+ Photo access

  • If you are not using videos from other soucres, it is possible that Intromaker does not have access to your photos to save the project to your device. You can go to Settings app> Scroll up/down until you find the entry for Intromaker app > Choose Intromaker app> Verify Intromaker has accessed to Photos.

Can I save my video when I close app?

  • Intromaker app supports to save your editing video proccessing if you close app. Then you can continue adjust your Intromaker when you re_open Intromaker app.

What type of video/audio/image format can import into video?

  • 1. Intro Maker supports many video formats inlcude: MOV, MP4
  • 2. Photo: PNG, JPEG
